The widest model in the Thaya range, the Unis UNE-THA3THL gives you a 1076mm, 3-tray heated display in a low 587mm cabinet, made for long service counters, bakeries and takeaways with a full hot-food line-up. It holds +30 to +90°C, with a water tray under the heating element for humidity and LED lighting to every shelf. It's also the only Thaya that needs a 15 amp power point. Unis doesn't list a high 3-tray Thaya; for a taller cabinet, look at the 2-tray THA2THH.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it has a 15 amp plug, so it needs a 15 amp power point. A standard power point is 10 amp; if you don't have a 15 amp outlet, a licensed electrician can fit one. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: 1076mm wide and 90 kg. It's delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include carrying it inside or unpacking, so check doorways and organise several people to lift it.
- Drop-in use: building it into a counter? Have your shopfitter plan the cut-out before the cabinet arrives.
- Holding temperature: as a general guide, keep displayed hot food at 60°C or hotter under Australian food safety rules, and check it with a probe thermometer.

Common questions:
What plug does it have?
A 15 amp plug, which won't fit a standard 10 amp outlet. If you don't have a 15 amp power point, have a licensed electrician install one before the cabinet arrives.
Is there a taller 3-tray Thaya?
Not in the current range. For a taller Thaya, the 2-tray THA2THH is 854mm high. For 3-tray width with more height, the Kentucky 3-tray cabinets are 1080mm wide and 750mm high.
