Humidity and a fully variable +30 to +90°C thermostat help food stay fresh for longer, and it still runs from a standard 10 amp power point. An optional 1010mm rear cutting board adds work space for staff.

Good to know before you buy:
- Cutting board option: pick "With rear cutting board" for a 1010 x 150mm board at the rear of the cabinet. It's easy to fit and take off for cleaning.
- Access: 1080mm wide and 94 kg. It's delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include carrying it inside, so check doorways and organise several people to lift it.
- Bench: you'll need a level bench at least 1080 x 775mm that can carry 94 kg plus a full load of food.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point.

Do you install it?
There's nothing to connect apart from the plug: it's a bench-top cabinet that runs from a standard 10 amp power point. We supply the equipment only.
