The largest Kentucky, the Unis UNE-KEN4THHIGH stretches the curved-glass design to 1410mm and four trays, for canteens, service stations and busy takeaways that need a long run of hot food on display. Four 36W lights, multi-height shelves and humidity control with a fully variable +30 to +90°C thermostat help food look good and hold longer. Unlike the 2- and 3-tray Kentucky models, it has a 15 amp plug, and Unis doesn't list a rear cutting board for this size.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it has a 15 amp plug, so it needs a 15 amp power point. A standard power point is 10 amp; if you don't have a 15 amp outlet, a licensed electrician can fit one. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: 1410 x 775 x 750mm and 110 kg. It's delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking, so check doorways and corners and have several people (or a trolley) ready.
- Bench: allow at least 1410mm of level bench that can carry 110 kg plus a full load of food.

What power point does it need?
A 15 amp power point. The 15 amp plug won't fit a standard 10 amp outlet, so have a licensed electrician install one if needed before delivery.
Is there a rear cutting board for the 4-tray?
Unis lists rear cutting boards for the 2-tray (743mm) and 3-tray (1010mm) Kentucky only, so one isn't offered for this model.
Will it keep food hot enough?
It adjusts from +30 to +90°C. As general Australian food safety advice, hot food should be held at 60°C or hotter, so set the thermostat to suit and check food with a probe thermometer.
