The Williams Emerald HE3USSBA is the biggest prep counter in the Williams foodservice range: a refrigerated blown-air well for 10 x 1/3 GN pans along the top and 900 litres of 2/1 GN-compatible storage behind three solid doors below, on an 800mm deep, 2506mm wide stainless steel cabinet. Cold air is directed above and below the pans for consistent temperatures, and the 100mm deep pans and polycarbonate lids are included. It holds +1°C to +4°C, is rated for 40°C kitchens and breathes through the front. Order the self-contained HE3USSBA (10 amp plug, R134a) or the HE3RSSBA remote, 2324mm wide and supplied without a condensing unit for your own refrigeration plant. Made by Williams in Australia.

Good to know before you buy:
- Refrigeration option: the self-contained HE3USSBA plugs in and is ready to work. The HE3RSSBA remote is the same cabinet without a condensing unit: your refrigeration mechanic sizes, supplies and installs the condensing unit, pipework and controls (solenoids are not fitted or supplied). Williams can advise on sizing. We supply the equipment only.
- Power: a standard 10 amp outlet. The self-contained model draws 5.2 A while running, the most of any Williams undercounter, so give it a dedicated power point.
- Pan depth: the well takes GN pans up to 100mm deep; deeper pans will not fit.
- Access: 2.5 m long, 800mm deep and 200 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and standard delivery does not include carrying it inside, so measure the whole route before you order.
- Airflow: keep the front grille clear on the self-contained model, and keep the open well out of direct sun and away from heat lamps and cooking equipment.

How many shelves does it come with?
Williams supplies blown-air well models with one adjustable shelf per door (three in total), where the flat-top Emerald fridges have two per door. Extra shelves and a 2/1 GN racking system are available as options. Ask us for a price.
Can I have drawers under the well?
Yes, in a two-drawer configuration only: a 100mm deep top drawer and a 150mm deep bottom drawer in place of a door. Drawer pans are not included.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The self-contained model plugs into a power point. The remote cabinet must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.

Warranty: Williams 24-month parts and labour warranty from the date of invoice on the self-contained HE3USSBA (12 months parts only on the HE3RSSBA once connected to a remote condensing unit), carried out by Williams authorised service agents on the Australian mainland. Warranty repairs must be logged with Williams first.
