Williams Topaz Under Counter HTU3SSHC - 3 Door Undercounter Storage Fridge 1765mm 410L
Three doors, 410 litres and a 1765mm footprint make the Williams Topaz Under Counter HTU3SSHC the mid-size choice in Williams' value undercounter range. Each door opens onto its own two shelves at +1°C to +4°C, so you can keep proteins, dairy and prep separated along the cook line. It breathes through the front, is designed for a 38°C ambient, locks, and runs on R290 natural refrigerant from a 10 amp plug. The glass door versions (HTU3GSHC stainless, HTU3GBHC black) suit front of house, while the LTU3SSHC is the matching freezer.
Key features:
- 410 litres of chilled storage held at +1°C to +4°C
- Front-breathing refrigeration, so it can be built in with benches hard up against both sides
- Three self-closing solid doors with cylindrical locks and face-mounted hinges (ready for a plinth)
- Stainless steel interior and exterior (excluding rear and underside)
- 2 adjustable plastic-coated shelves per door, 6 in total
- Long-life LED strip lighting and an electronic controller with digital temperature display
- Forced air refrigeration with heated door pillars to limit condensation
- Auto defrost using a waste heat recovery vaporiser, so no drain is needed
- R290 natural refrigerant, 10 amp power, 38°C ambient rating

Common questions:
Can I use the top as a work bench?
It has a flat stainless steel top, but Williams sells it as an undercounter storage fridge rather than a prep bench. For a worktop fridge with a blown-air well, look at the Williams Opal and Emerald BA models.
What are face-mounted hinges for?
The hinges sit on the face of the cabinet rather than underneath, so the fridge can be set on a plinth or built into joinery without the doors fouling.
Do you install it?
Nothing to install. It plugs into a 10 amp outlet and needs no drain. We supply the equipment only.
