Williams Topaz Under Counter HTU4GBHC - 4 Door Black Undercounter Glass Door Fridge 2230mm 500L

Four black glass doors across 2230mm turn the whole back bar into a lit drinks display, which is the job the Williams Topaz Under Counter HTU4GBHC is built for. It holds 500 litres at +1°C to +4°C behind triple-glazed self-closing doors, breathes through the front so it can be built in under the counter, and is designed for a 38°C ambient. One 10 amp plug and R290 natural refrigerant keep siting simple. It is the black version of the stainless HTU4GSHC; smaller black glass door models are the HTU3GBHC (three doors) and HTU2GBHC (two doors).

Key features:

  • 500 litres of display refrigeration at +1°C to +4°C
  • Black finish inside and out (excluding rear and underside)
  • Four self-closing triple-glazed glass doors in aluminium frames
  • Front-breathing refrigeration, so the sides and rear can be enclosed
  • 2 adjustable plastic-coated shelves per door with long-life LED strip lighting
  • Electronic controller with digital temperature display
  • Heated door pillars to limit condensation between the doors
  • Auto defrost using a waste heat recovery vaporiser, so there is no drain
  • R290 natural refrigerant, 10 amp power, 38°C ambient rating

Common questions:

Is it suitable for wine as well as beer and soft drink?
It runs at +1°C to +4°C, which is beer and soft drink territory. Williams makes separate W-coded wine cabinets that hold +5°C to +16°C for wine service.

How many shelves come with it?
Eight: two adjustable plastic-coated shelves behind each of the four doors, each lit by LED strip lighting.

Does it need a drain?
No. Defrost water is evaporated using waste heat from the refrigeration system.
