Cookshack makes commercial smokers in Ponca City, Oklahoma, USA. Its smokers cook over natural wood for authentic smoke flavour with minimal shrinkage, without the work of tending a traditional pit, and are designed to be easy to use, clean and maintain.
The range includes SmartSmoker electric smokers, which smoulder a small amount of wood with an electric element, and Fast Eddy's pellet smokers, which feed wood pellets automatically for pit-style BBQ. The IQ5 controller on selected models stores programmable cooking temperatures, times and holding settings for consistent results.

Cookshack FAQs
What is the difference between Cookshack electric and pellet smokers?
SmartSmoker electric smokers use an electric element to smoulder wood chunks in a wood box and use very little wood. Fast Eddy's pellet smokers burn wood pellets fed automatically from a hopper, giving a pit-style bark and smoke ring.
Do Cookshack smokers run on normal power?
Yes. They all run on 240V single phase power. The SM160 and the Fast Eddy's models draw 10 amps; the SM260 needs a 20 amp circuit.
Do Cookshack smokers need a hood?
They release some smoke during cooking, so they are installed under a kitchen exhaust hood, vented through a pipe to outside, or fitted with a Cookshack Smokehood. Check your local requirements.
