Benchstar EDW-3GN - Food Warming Drawers, 3 x GN 1/1
The Benchstar EDW-3GN gives busy restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens three heated drawers in one 535mm wide stainless steel unit. Each drawer takes a GN 1/1 pan up to 150mm deep and has its own thermostat (+30°C to +100°C) and digital display, so you can hold proteins, sides and bread at different temperatures without drying them out. It has three times the capacity of the single drawer EDW-1GN, and all three drawers still run from one standard 10 A plug.

- Access: it weighs 70 kg and is packed at 640 x 890 x 1030 mm. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, so check your doorways and have help ready.
- Holding only: FED notes that heated units are for hot food holding only and are not designed to heat product. Load food that is already cooked and hot.
- Power: plugs into a standard 240V 10 A power point.
- Pans: GN pans are not listed as included. Ask us for GN 1/1 pans to suit.
