At 1216mm wide, the Benchstar EHW-120 is the largest model in this hot food merchandiser range that still runs on a standard 10 A plug. Its two angled shelves (1080 x 550mm each) show off pies, pastries, sausage rolls and wrapped burgers in cafes, delis, convenience stores and takeaways, while the thermostat (+30°C to +110°C) keeps food above 60°C for compliant hot holding. LED lights, adjustable divider rods and separate heat and light switches round it out.
