Benchstar EOM-S - Multi-Function Omelette and Wrap Press with Digital Controls
The Benchstar EOM-S is a press-style cooker for cafes, food trucks, takeaways and breakfast kitchens. It cooks omelettes, wraps, crepes, tortillas and flatbreads between cast aluminium plates, with digital temperature and timer controls from +50°C to +220°C. Two programmable presets mean any staff member gets the same result at the touch of a button, and it runs on a standard 10 A plug.
