When one plate can't keep up with the queue, the Neumärker NEE-12-40906 puts two heavy crepe plates side by side in a single 845mm stainless steel unit. It's the double version of the NEE-12-40905, suited to creperies, market stalls and dessert bars cooking galettes and crepes to order all day. It takes two 15 amp supplies (2 x 240V, 2 x 15 amp), so plan for two 15 amp power points at the bench before it arrives.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it needs two 15 amp supplies. Standard power points are 10 amp, so most sites will need a licensed electrician to install two 15 amp outlets. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: the unit is 845mm wide and weighs 40 kg. It's delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include carrying it inside or unpacking, so have two people ready.
- Bench: you'll need a sturdy bench at least 845 x 400mm, plus room for batter and toppings.

Single or double: which should I buy?
The single NEE-12-40905 cooks on one plate and fits a 400mm-square space. The double cooks on two plates at once, which suits steady queues, but needs 845mm of bench and two 15 amp supplies.
How hot does it get?
The thermostat adjusts from 50 to 300°C, and a pilot light shows when it's on.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. If you need 15 amp outlets, they must be installed by a licensed electrician in your area.
