The Neumärker NEE-12-40801DT is a compact, German-made waffle iron built around interchangeable plates, so one 320mm-wide machine can cook Brussels waffles in the morning, waffles on a stick for an afternoon crowd and crepes for dessert. It comes with one plate of your choice from 24 designs, has a built-in digital timer and runs on 2.2kW from a 10 amp plug. Unlike the Neumärker jaffle irons, which are set up for square or round jaffles, or the open crepe skillets that need 15 amp power, this is the all-rounder of the range for cafes, dessert bars, kiosks and event caterers.

Which plate comes with the iron?
One plate of your choice, selected in the Plate option above. You can add more designs at any time, and because the plates lift out you can swap between them.
Can it make crepes as well as waffles?
Yes. With the crepe plate (NEE-31-40774) fitted, the same base cooks French crepes of a consistent size and thickness. Choose the crepe plate as your included plate, or add it later as an extra.
Will extra plates fit my older Neumärker iron?
Neumärker plates fit the current model iron. If yours is an older unit, ask us and we'll confirm compatibility before you order.
