Poffertjes are bite-sized Dutch pancakes, and the Neumärker NEE-12-40940 cooks 50 of them at a time, fresh to order, right on your counter. The heavy cast grill plate gives constant heat, and separate thermostats and switches control each half of the grill, so you can run one side in quiet periods and both in a rush.
