Vimitex 702EL35 - Double Electric Crepe Maker, 2 x 350mm Plates
The Vimitex 702EL35 is a double electric crepe maker with two 350 mm cast iron plates, each heated by its own 2.2 kW element built into the plate. Vimitex designed it for creperies and other high volume sites where speed matters. It also suits dessert bars and busy cafes with crepes on the menu. It has two plates where the 701EL35 has one, but it comes without a plug and needs a 20 amp supply.

Common questions:
Can each plate run at a different temperature?
Yes. Each plate has its own thermostat, adjustable from 50°C to 220°C, so you can run them at different settings.
