The Benchstar YXD-266E is a compact benchtop basket rotisserie for chicken shops, delis, supermarkets and takeaways. Four rotating baskets cook 8 to 12 chickens using radiant and convection heat, with a temperature range up to 300°C. Toughened glass front and back doors let customers watch the birds turn, and a rubber seal keeps the heat in the chamber.

• Power: it draws 20 A at 240V, which is more than a standard 10 A or 15 A power point supplies. A licensed electrician must provide a suitable 20 A circuit and connection. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: it weighs 67 kg and is packed at 850 x 680 x 660 mm. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, so have people ready to help.
• Bench: use a strong, heat-safe bench that can take its weight, with room to open the glass doors.
• Ventilation: roasting chicken gives off heat and cooking fumes, so plan where it sits in relation to your kitchen's exhaust.
