B+S K+ KYCJSF-1HE - 600mm Waterless Heat Exchange Gas Steamer
The K+ KYCJSF-1HE is a single hole gas steamer that generates steam in a heat exchange chamber instead of a boiling water pot. It suits yum cha and Chinese restaurants that want a bench height steamer (1030 mm) with automatic water refill. It is shorter, narrower and lower powered than the KYCJSF-1 pot steamer, and it holds 37 L of water against 64 L.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
- Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. The water inlet, tank drain and waste also need a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 600 x 840 x 1030 mm unit, about 120 kg.

Common questions:
Heat exchange or pot steamer?
The heat exchange model has a smaller 37 L tank, a ball float that refills it for you, and a lower gas draw. The pot steamer has a bigger 64 L pot and 130 MJ/h for the heaviest steaming work.
Are steamer baskets included?
It comes with a 7-hole steaming plate. Plan on using your own baskets, and ask us if you need something specific.
Will it line up with other K+ units?
It is 840 mm deep and 1030 mm high, level with the K+ fryers, boiling tops and grill plates. The K+ wok tables and the KYCJSF-1 stand taller at 1300 mm.
