B+S Black OV-SB2-GRP3 - 600mm 2 Burner & Grill Plate Gas Range with Oven
The OV-SB2-GRP3 puts two 31 MJ open burners and a 300mm grill plate over a gas oven in a 600mm wide range. It suits a small cafe or breakfast kitchen that wants a flat plate for eggs and bacon as well as burners and an oven. The OV-SB2-CBR3 has char grates instead, and the OV-GRP6 gives up the burners for a full 600mm plate.

Common questions:
How thick is the grill plate?
It is 12 mm thick mild steel. The 600mm plate on the OV-GRP6 steps up to 16 mm.
Grill plate or char broiler on this range?
Choose the plate for a flat surface and the grates for char marks. The plate uses less gas, at 113 MJ/h against 125 MJ/h on natural gas.
Can I add a fan to the oven?
Yes, it is an option here. Without it the oven relies on natural convection, and with it you need a 10 A power point for the fan.
