B+S Black OV-SB4-CBR3 - 900mm 4 Burner & Char Broiler Gas Range with Oven
The OV-SB4-CBR3 is a 900mm wide range with four 31 MJ open burners, a 300mm char broiler and a gas oven. It suits a restaurant or cafe kitchen that wants a full cooking line in one unit. It has twice the burners of the OV-SB2-CBR3 and a wider oven, and the OV-SB6-CBR3 adds two burners and a storage cabinet.

Common questions:
How much bigger is the oven than on the 600mm range?
It is 785 mm wide compared with 485 mm, at the same depth and height. That extra 300 mm is the main reason to step up.
Is there a version with a plate instead of grates?
Yes, the OV-SB4-GRP3 has a 300mm grill plate instead. It uses 175 MJ/h on natural gas, against 187 MJ/h here.
Can I fit a pilot on each burner?
Pilots are priced per burner, so a full set here is four. Tell us how many you want and we will quote it.
