The Dihr RX 246 is a full-size rack conveyor dishwasher for hotels, hospitals, large clubs and institutional kitchens that wash crockery in high volumes. It handles 100 to 250 racks per hour with a reinforced double rinse, and monitors key operating parameters through an integrated HACCP interface. Compared with the compact RX 164E, it steps up to acid-proof AISI 316 stainless steel boilers and wash tanks, a 5.7 inch TFT display and a centralised drain.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: 20.68 kW on three-phase power. It must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: it needs water and drain connections made by a licensed plumber. The single centralised drain keeps the drain connection simple.
• Access: a 2100mm long, 305 kg machine, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways and the route into your kitchen.
• Layout: plan inlet and outlet tabling, loading space and the direction of travel before you order.
