Electmax EKB-2 - Electric Kebab Machine 45kg
The Electmax EKB-2 is an electric vertical broiler for doner kebab, gyros, shawarma and tacos al pastor, holding up to 45 kg of meat on a 795mm spit. Six heating elements on three control knobs cook the meat evenly, crisp outside and juicy inside, and the elements can be moved closer as the cone gets smaller. Unlike the Gasmax gas kebab machines, it runs on electricity (415V, 9.9 kW), so no gas connection is needed.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it needs a 415V three-phase supply, connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Placement: stand it on a stable, level bench and, as the manual advises, keep about 100mm clear on the left and right sides.
- Access: it ships packed at 640 x 770 x 1100 mm. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
