The Everlasting GEL2000 is an AISI 304 stainless steel storage freezer for gelato and ice cream, made in Italy. Its 5 shelf levels hold 30 x 5 litre containers, or up to 54 with extra shelves and guides. It reaches -30°C in a 32°C room, and has a colour touch screen controller, automatic defrost with condensate evaporation, a self-closing door and natural R290 refrigerant.
