The Fagor CP-E7140 packs a full 40 litre GN 1/1 well into a 400mm wide Kore 700 module, with three 1/3 size baskets for restaurants and noodle bars that cook pasta or noodles in volume but are short on line space. Its 12 kW of element power sits inside the well to heat the water directly. It holds more water and one more basket than the 26 litre CP-E7126, in the same footprint.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: 12 kW on 415V three-phase, connected by a licensed electrician.
• Water and drain: it needs a water supply at 200–400 kPa, and the well drains through a ball valve, so plan for the drained water. Connection by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: it ships packed at 440 x 822 x 1255 mm and 65 kg, by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

Can I use different baskets?
Yes. The well suits different basket sizes and layouts, and Fagor lists optional kits such as 6 x 1/6 square or round baskets. Ask us for pricing.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It needs a licensed electrician for the power and a licensed plumber for the water.
