Fagor CP-E7240 - Kore 700 Series Electric Pasta Cooker 6 Baskets
The Fagor CP-E7240 is the largest Kore 700 electric pasta cooker, with two 40 litre GN 1/1 wells and six 1/3 size baskets in an 800mm module. It is made for high-volume pasta and noodle service in busy restaurants, hotels and food courts, with 24 kW of element power working directly in the water. Compared with the CP-E7226, each well holds 40 litres instead of 26, with three baskets per well instead of two.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: 24 kW at 34.8 A on 415V three-phase is a big load. A licensed electrician must connect it and confirm your switchboard can supply it.
- Water and drain: it needs a water supply at 200–400 kPa, and the wells empty through ball valves to a 1 inch drain. Water and drainage must be connected by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: packed, it is 840 x 822 x 1255 mm and 98 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

How many portions can I cook at once?
It comes with six 1/3 size baskets, three in each 40 litre well, so you can run several orders at the same time.
