Fagor CP-E7226 - Kore 700 Series Electric Pasta Cooker 4 Baskets
The Fagor CP-E7226 is an 800mm Kore 700 electric pasta cooker with two separate 26 litre GN 2/3 wells and four 1/3 size baskets. Two wells let busy restaurants, food courts and noodle bars cook different products side by side, such as pasta in one and noodles or vegetables in the other. It is the double-well version of the CP-E7126; for bigger wells in the same width, choose the CP-E7240.

Good to know before you buy:

- Water and drain: both wells fill from a water supply at 200–400 kPa and drain through ball valves. Water must be connected by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
