The Fagor CP-G7226 is an 800mm Kore 700 gas pasta cooker with two separate 26 litre GN 2/3 wells and four 1/3 size baskets, built for restaurants, food courts and noodle bars that need volume on gas. Stainless steel burners sit outside the wells and heat their base and sides through a combustion chamber, for 20 kW (72 MJ/h) in total. It is the double-well version of the CP-G7126, and the gas counterpart of the electric CP-E7226.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order (same price), and make sure it matches your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Power and water: it also needs a 230V single-phase power supply (0.1 kW) and a water connection at 200–400 kPa, made by a licensed plumber.
• Access: packed, it is 840 x 822 x 1255 mm and 107 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
