The Fagor EXH-061-101 is a condensing hood that sits on top of iKORE 061 and 101 combi ovens, capturing the steam released during cooking and when the door is opened. It can save fitting a full exhaust canopy over the oven, subject to local requirements.

• Extraction hood with a simple single-phase connection, can be retrofitted
• A solid structure, with an accessible and removable front, as well as removable filters for easy maintenance and cleaning
• It retains the steam resulting from cooking and sucks in the steam generated when the door is opened, with a suction power that is adjusted to each situation
• The steam is automatically extracted from the cooking cabinet
