The Fagor EXH-KCA-Kompact is a compact steam condensing hood purpose-built for the narrow iKORE Kompact 061 and 101 combi ovens. It removes steam, heat and cooking vapours, and its activated carbon filter reduces smoke and odours, which makes it a good match for sites without external ducting. It switches to full extraction when the oven door opens and drops back to half power once it closes. Full-size iKORE 061 and 101 ovens use the EXH-061-101 instead.

• Connections: the hood has a drain connection as well as a 240V, 10 A power supply. Have a licensed plumber and electrician connect it. We supply the equipment only.
• Ventilation rules: check with your installer or local council whether a condensing hood meets the ventilation requirements for your site.
• Cleaning: Fagor recommends cleaning it once a month.

Does it need ducting to the outside?
Fagor says the activated carbon filtration reduces smoke and odours and is ideal for sites without external ducting. Your local ventilation rules still apply, so check with your installer.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and plumber in your area.
