The Fagor CEB-201 is a mobile loading trolley for Fagor's 20 tray GN 1/1 (201) floor-standing combi ovens. Load a full rack of 20 GN 1/1 pans on the bench or in the coolroom, then wheel the whole lot into the oven in one move. A second trolley also lets your team prep the next batch while the first one cooks. For the larger GN 2/1 (202) ovens, choose the CEB-202.
