The Fagor CPW-201ERLWS is a floor-standing 20 tray GN 1/1 combi oven with a dedicated steam boiler, from the iKore Concept PureSteam range. It is made for banquet, hospital, school and production kitchens that cook and regenerate large volumes, especially steamed vegetables, seafood and plated meals. The controls are simple (2.8 inch screen, rotary knob and 100 tested recipes) and cleaning is automatic. Compared with the touchscreen APW-201ERLWS, it gives you the same boiler capacity with easier controls.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: about 2070mm tall when packed and 306 kg. Check doorways, ceiling height on the way in and how you will move it from the kerb. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
• Power: 37.2 kW on 415V three-phase. It must be connected by a licensed electrician, who should confirm your switchboard capacity. We supply the equipment only.
• Water filter: FED states the warranty is void if the correct water filtration system is not installed and in use. Water and drain connections are needed, by a licensed plumber.
• What's not included: pans and trays are sold separately.

Common questions:

Does it come with a loading trolley?
FED lists this oven as supplied with a trolley. Please ask us to confirm when you order. Extra CEB-201 trolleys are available if you want to load a second rack ahead of time.

Do I need a water filter?
Yes. FED's warranty is void unless the correct water filtration system is installed and in use. Ask us about Fagor filter kits.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
