Fagor EXH-061-101 - Condensing Hood for iKORE 061 and 101 Combi Ovens
The Fagor EXH-061-101 is an electric condensing hood that sits on top of Fagor iKORE 6 tray (061) and 10 tray (101) combi ovens. It captures the steam released during cooking and draws in the burst of steam when the door opens, adjusting its suction to suit. It runs on a simple single-phase connection and can be retrofitted to an existing oven. For the narrow iKORE Kompact ovens, use the EXH-KCA-Kompact instead.
