The Mecnosud BDM0030 presses, divides and rounds dough in one machine, turning up to 4kg of dough into 30 round buns of 40g to 135g in a single cycle. Made in Italy with stainless steel knives and food-grade PETG plates, it suits bakeries making dinner rolls, burger buns and small pizza balls. It runs on three-phase power.
