Moduline HSW 011E - 1 Drawer Warming Cabinet 1 x 1/1 GN
The Moduline HSW 011E is a single-drawer warming cabinet that keeps one 1/1 GN pan of cooked food hot at the pass, ready to plate. The drawer takes a pan up to 150mm deep, and electronic temperature control from 30°C to 120°C with an adjustable moisture vent lets you suit the setting to each dish. At only 310mm high it is the smallest of the HSW drawers, and it is designed to stack, so you can build up holding space later.

Yes. The HSW drawers are designed for stacking. If you know you need two or three drawers, the HSW 012E and HSW 013E come as single units.

Will it dry food out?
The adjustable moisture vent on the drawer lets you keep moisture in for foods that need it, or let it out for foods you want to stay crisp.
