Moduline HSW 012E - 2 Drawer Warming Cabinet 2 x 1/1 GN
With two drawers in one 520mm-high cabinet, the Moduline HSW 012E keeps two 1/1 GN pans of cooked food hot and close to hand on the line. Each drawer takes a pan up to 150mm deep, and the cabinet holds 30°C to 120°C with electronic control and an adjustable moisture vent. It sits between the single-drawer HSW 011E and the three-drawer HSW 013E, and suits restaurants and pubs holding sides, sauces or proteins during service.
