Moduline SEH103E - Flexy Grill Ultra-Rapid Electric Salamander
The Moduline SEH103E Flexy Grill is an ultra-rapid electric salamander that heats from above and below: three high-performance elements sit in a ceramic dish in the top plate, and the glass ceramic lower plate has four heat levels. A plate detection system switches heating on and off automatically, and a warm holding function keeps food hot once the cooking cycle ends. Compared with the SEC003E it adds the heated lower plate, plate detection and more power (7.1 kW), so it suits busy restaurants finishing plates fast at the pass.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: at 7.1 kW it needs a dedicated circuit connected by a licensed electrician. Moduline's spec sheet lists a 380–415V three-phase supply, while Scots Ice's price list shows single phase, so ask us to confirm before your electrician quotes. We supply the equipment only.
- Mounting: a wall-hanging kit is included; make sure the wall can carry 59.2 kg. A stand with GN 1/1 side racks and adjustable feet are optional.
- Not included: trays and non-stick trays are sold separately.
