The Nemox 4 Magic Pro100 i-Green is a countertop gelato storage and display case that holds four 2.5 litre trays (10 litres in total) at -10°C to -16°C under a clear lid. Nemox designed it for restaurants, bars, coffee shops and catering, and its compact size also suits small venues with limited space. It stores and displays gelato rather than making it, so it pairs with one of the Nemox gelato machines, such as the Chef 3L or 4K Touch.

• Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point.
• Trays: the cabinet is sized for 2.5 litre trays. Ask us to confirm whether trays come with it before you order.
• Delivery: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check bench space for a 1000 x 450 x 360 mm unit, about 35.5 kg.

Common questions:

Can it make gelato?
No. It is a storage and display case that keeps finished gelato at serving temperature. You make the gelato in a gelato machine, then move it into the trays.

Does it lose cold when the lid is opened?
The fan that circulates cold air cuts off automatically when the lid opens, to limit cold loss while you scoop.

Will the lid stay clear?
The lid is double-walled too. A technopolymer counter-lid is coupled to the tempered glass lid, creating an insulating air gap, which Nemox designed to keep a clear view of the trays.
