This is the Norris Madison IR200 rack conveyor dishwasher supplied with its drying unit, for high-volume kitchens that want crockery to come off the line clean, dry and ready to use. It works in four stages, pre-wash, wash, rinse and dry, at up to 200 racks an hour, and the dryer speeds up turnaround in busy periods. With the dryer fitted the machine is 2568mm long, compared with 1971mm for the IR200 on its own.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access and space: at 2568mm long with the dryer, plan the delivery route and your layout carefully, including loading and unloading space at each end. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
• Power: Norris specifies 63 amps with the dryer on 400V three phase. It must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: it connects to hot water and drains by gravity, connected by a licensed plumber. Detergent and rinse aid injection are not built in, so plan a dosing system with your chemical supplier.
• Exit direction: choose left or right exit when you order.

No. It is the IR200 rack conveyor supplied with its drying unit (Norris parts 26-200-LE-DU and 26-200-RE-DU).

Why add a dryer?
Everything coming off the conveyor is dry and ready to use, which speeds up turnaround in busy periods.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.

Warranty: 2 years parts and labour, plus 3 years on the control board and cabinet, from Norris. Norris extends this to 4 years on the whole machine when Zexa ware-washing chemicals are used consistently (proof of purchase may be required). Exclusions apply.
