The Orved Idea 31 takes the Idea 30's digital panel, 10 editable programs and smart vacuum sensor, and adds gas readiness: it can be connected to gas for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) if your products need it. It also has a faster 10 m³/h pump and a wider 434 x 343mm chamber, 195mm high, with a 310mm seal bar. It suits delis, butchers and producers who want the option of gas flushing without moving to a large machine.

What does "gas ready" mean?
Orved says the Idea 31 is ready to connect to gas for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) if required. If you only vacuum pack, you can use it without gas.
How is it different from the Idea 30?
It adds the gas connection, a faster 10 m³/h pump (versus 8 m³/h) and a wider 434 x 343mm chamber.
