The Polaris SNACK 2TN is a low refrigerated base designed to sit under your cooking equipment, so ingredients for the cooking line are kept chilled right below the cook. It has two doors and 140 litres at -2°C to +8°C, in a stainless steel body just 610 mm high and 1200 mm wide. Polaris describes the SNACK line as reliable, tough and practical, made for placing under the cooking top. The three-door SNACK 3TN is the longer 1600 mm version.
