The Polaris SNACK 3TN is a three-door refrigerated chef base for longer cooklines. At 1600 mm wide and just 610 mm high, it is built to carry cooking appliances on top while keeping 220 litres of ingredients at -2°C to +8°C underneath. Busy restaurants, pubs and takeaways can keep mise en place within arm's reach of the cook instead of walking to a coolroom. It adds a third door and 80 litres over the 1200 mm SNACK 2TN.

Can I swap a door for drawers?
Yes. The SNACK CR21 drawer set replaces one door and takes GN pans 100, 40 or 20 mm deep. Ask us for a price.
