SCooker HLBZ4N-C14 - 800mm 4 Zone Induction Cooktop 14kW
Four 3.5 kW induction zones give the SCooker HLBZ4N-C14 14 kW in total across an 800 mm wide glass top, for a cafe or restaurant replacing gas burners. It has twice the zones of the HLBZ2N-C7. Need an oven as well? The HLBZJ4N-C19 is the same top in the same footprint with one below.

Good to know before you buy:
- Installation: must be connected by a licensed electrician, to AS/NZS 3000. It needs a 3-phase supply. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for an 800 x 750 x 905 mm unit, about 65 kg.

Should I get the version with the oven?
The HLBZJ4N-C19 takes the same floor space and adds a GN 1/1 oven. It weighs 110 kg against 65 kg here, and draws 25 A per phase against 21 A.
Induction or infrared?
The induction top has more power per zone, 3.5 kW against 2.4 kW, and larger glass plates, 300 x 600 mm against 300 x 300 mm. It also adds cookware detection. The infrared top draws less from your supply, at 15 A per phase.
What does the display show?
It shows output power, cumulative energy consumption and malfunction codes, and it lets you program the menu settings.
