The SCooker HLBZ6N-C21 is a six zone induction cooktop for busy restaurants that run many pans at once and want all-electric cooking. It is 1200 mm wide, with six 3.5 kW zones for 21 kW in total. It is the largest SCooker induction top without an oven, and the HLBZJ6N-C26 adds an oven and storage cabinet in the same footprint.

Good to know before you buy:
- Installation: must be connected by a licensed electrician, to AS/NZS 3000. It needs a 3-phase supply. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 1200 x 750 x 905 mm unit, about 100 kg.

Common questions:
Will my switchboard handle it?
At 21 kW and 32 A per phase, this is the biggest electrical load of the SCooker tops without an oven. Have your electrician check the spare capacity on your switchboard before you order.
Should I get the version with the oven?
The HLBZJ6N-C26 takes the same floor space and adds a GN 1/1 oven and a 400 mm storage cabinet. It weighs 140 kg against 100 kg here.
One six zone top or three two zone tops?
Three HLBZ2N-C7 units fill the same 1200 mm and total the same 21 kW, at 105 kg together against 100 kg here. This model needs one connection and three units need three, but each smaller piece is easier to move in.
