The FED Thermaster TPB1200 is a compact, one-door pizza prep fridge for smaller pizzerias and cafes that make pizza alongside other menu items. It comes with 6 x 1/3 GN pans under insulated, hinged stainless steel lids, plus a full-length removable cutting board, and is rated for hot kitchens up to 43°C. It is the smallest model in the TPB range; the TPB1800 and TPB2400 add doors, pans and storage.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: plugs into a standard 10 A power point.
• Not for mobile use: FED says this unit is not suitable for mobile environments, including food trucks and mobile catering vehicles.
• Access: the carton is about 1260 x 860 x 1130 mm. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
• Airflow: keep the vents clear and leave some space around the unit, especially in a hot kitchen.
