The FED Thermaster TPB2400 is the biggest model in the TPB pizza prep range: a 2393mm stainless steel workstation with 12 x 1/3 GN pans included on top and three doors of storage below, holding 796.8 litres net. It comes with a full-length removable cutting board and is rated for kitchens up to 43°C, so it suits high-volume pizzerias that need a long prep line. Choose the TPB1800 or TPB1200 if you have less room.

- Access: this is a long, heavy unit (2393mm, 242 kg). The carton is about 2450 x 860 x 1130 mm and is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so plan the route in.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 A power point.
- Not for mobile use: FED says it is not suitable for mobile catering vehicles.
