Built for busy pizza service, the FED Thermaster TPB1800 gives you a 1798mm stainless steel prep line with 9 x 1/3 GN pans included under insulated stainless steel lids, a full-length cutting board, and two doors of chilled storage below. FED rates it for kitchens up to 43°C, and it holds 542.1 litres net. It sits between the one-door TPB1200 and the three-door TPB2400.

- Access: the carton is about 1850 x 860 x 1130 mm and the unit weighs 185 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so check doorways and corners.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 A power point.
- Not for mobile use: FED says it is not suitable for mobile catering vehicles.

What is the difference between gross and net capacity?
Gross (785.3 litres) is the whole insulated space. Net (542.1 litres) is the usable storage, which is the better guide to how much stock fits.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It comes with a 10 A plug fitted, so it plugs into a standard power point with no hard-wiring.
