The Tyrone DP-18S is a heated clamshell dough press that flattens pizza bases, tortillas and flatbreads to an even thickness in seconds. Its 18 inch non-stick plates press up to 680 g of dough to between 1 and 15 mm, and the upper plate heats to 98°C.
