When there is only a 660mm gap under the bench, the Williams Aztra HAZ5UCSS-HC fits a proper commercial fridge into it. This compact, front-vented undercounter holds 131 litres and takes 1/1 Gastronorm pans on two nylon-coated wire shelves or anti-tilt tray slides, at +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 43°C. It runs on natural hydrocarbon refrigerant from a standard 10 amp plug and is tested at just 0.7 kWh per 24 hours. The door is self-closing with an integral grab handle and a replaceable magnetic gasket, and the cabinet rolls on rear castors with adjustable front feet. Williams builds the Aztra range in the UK; the LAZ5UCSS-HC is the freezer version and the HAZ5UCSSDR2-HC swaps the door for two drawers.

HC stands for hydrocarbon. Williams lists this fridge on R600a, a natural refrigerant with very low global warming potential. The matching Aztra freezer runs on R290.
Will 1/1 GN pans fit?
Yes. The Aztra is built as a 1/1 GN cabinet. It comes with two 1/1 GN wire shelves, or tray slides with anti-tilt runners to hold 1/1 GN containers directly, and the racking lifts out for cleaning.
