Williams Aztra HAZ5UCSSDR2-HC - 2 Drawer Stainless Steel Undercounter Fridge 660mm 131L
Drawers put chilled ingredients at hand without bending into a cabinet, and the Williams Aztra HAZ5UCSSDR2-HC fits two of them into a 660mm wide undercounter. Each full-width drawer is 145mm deep and sized for 1/1 Gastronorm pans, with 131 litres of storage in total, held at +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 43°C. It shares the compact, front-vented, hydrocarbon-cooled design of the HAZ5UCSS-HC door model, including the energy-saving CoolSmart controller, 10 amp plug and 0.7 kWh per day test result. Williams builds the Aztra range in the UK; the LAZ5UCSSDR2-HC is the freezer version.
Key features:

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet. No electrician needed.
- Access: 660mm wide, 609mm deep and 830mm high on its castors, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check the clear height under your bench.
- Drawer clearance: allow room in front of the unit for the drawers to pull fully out, so avoid placing it directly opposite another drawer unit or a door swing in a tight galley.
- Airflow: front vented, so keep the front grille clear. It can be built in with no side or rear gap.
Compare similar models:
- Williams HAZ5UCSS-HC: the same fridge with a solid door and two shelves instead of drawers
- Williams LAZ5UCSSDR2-HC: the same two-drawer cabinet as a –18°C to –22°C freezer
- Williams Amber HA135SS-HC: 606mm one-door fridge, 135 litres, with a door lock

Common questions:
What fits in each drawer?
Each drawer is 145mm deep and built around the 1/1 GN footprint, so it will take a 1/1 GN pan or the equivalent in smaller GN sizes up to that depth. Pans are not listed as included, so ask us if you need them supplied.
Drawers or a door, which is better?
Drawers suit a cook line, where you want to grab portions quickly from the top. The door version (HAZ5UCSS-HC) gives you adjustable shelves and suits bulk storage of taller items.
Does it cope with a hot kitchen?
Yes. Williams rates this model for room temperatures up to 43°C, tested to EN 16825 at climate class 4.
