Only 600mm wide and 803mm high, the Williams Topaz Compact HTM1SSHC tucks under a coffee station or servery bench and keeps 120 litres of milk, drinks or prep at +1°C to +4°C right where staff need it. It has a self-closing solid stainless steel door with a cylindrical lock, two adjustable shelves, LED lighting and a digital controller, and it runs on R290 natural refrigerant from a 10 amp plug. Williams rates the Compact range for a 32°C ambient, so it suits a front-of-house counter rather than the cook line. The same cabinet is available with a glass door (HTM1GSHC stainless, HTM1GWHC white) and as a freezer (LTM1SSHC).

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: at 600 x 610 x 803mm and 60 kg it fits through any normal door and can be moved by two people. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable, 1.2 A while running.
- Room temperature: the Compact range is rated for 32°C, lower than the 38°C of the larger Topaz cabinets. Keep it away from ovens, fryers and direct sun.

Will it fit under a standard bench?
Yes. At 803mm high it sits under a 900mm bench with room to spare, and at 600mm wide it takes up the same space as a standard cabinet module.
Can it go next to the coffee machine?
That is the classic spot for it, holding milk within reach of the barista. Just keep it clear of the machine's hot exhaust and respect the 32°C ambient rating.
Do you install it?
Nothing to install. Roll it into place on its rear rollers and plug it into a 10 amp outlet. We supply the equipment only.
