Williams Topaz Compact LTM1SSHC - 1 Door Counter Stainless Steel Compact Solid Door Freezer 600mm 120L

For ice cream, frozen pastries or a backup of frozen stock at the counter, the Williams Topaz Compact LTM1SSHC puts 120 litres at -18°C to -22°C into a 600mm wide stainless steel cabinet that fits under a bench. It is the freezer version of the HTM1SSHC, with the same self-closing solid door, cylindrical lock, two adjustable shelves and digital controller, and it runs on R290 natural refrigerant from a 10 amp plug. Like the rest of the Compact range it is rated for a 32°C ambient, so it belongs front of house or in a cool prep area rather than beside the fryers.

Key features:

  • 120 litres of frozen storage at -18°C to -22°C in a 600mm footprint
  • Self-closing solid door with a cylindrical door lock
  • Stainless steel interior and exterior (excluding rear and underside)
  • 2 adjustable plastic-coated shelves
  • Internal LED lighting and an electronic controller with digital display
  • Forced fan evaporator air flow
  • Auto defrost with a waste heat recovery vaporiser, so no drain is needed
  • Rollers at the rear and rubber feet at the front
  • R290 natural refrigerant, 10 amp power, 32°C ambient rating

Good to know before you buy:

  • Access: 600 x 610 x 803mm and 60 kg, so it fits through a standard doorway and under a 900mm bench. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
  • Power: standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable, 1.9 A while running.
  • Room temperature: rated for 32°C. A freezer has the most work to do in a hot room, so keep it out of the cook line and away from heat and sun.
  • Loading: let it reach -18°C before you load it, and keep the door shut between serves; the self-closing door helps.

Common questions:

Is 120 litres enough for a cafe?
It suits a counter freezer for ice cream tubs, frozen pastries or desserts near the till. For main frozen storage, the two door LTU2SSHC (260 litres) or an upright is the better fit.

Does it have a drain?
No. Defrost water is evaporated using waste heat from the refrigeration system, so no plumbing is needed.

Do you install it?
Nothing to install. Roll it into place on its rear rollers and plug it into a 10 amp outlet. We supply the equipment only.
