Williams Jarrah JL2R - 2 Drawer Lowline Fridge 1030mm
The Williams Jarrah JL2R is a remote two-drawer refrigerated base made in Australia to sit under a chargrill or griddle. It is supplied without a condensing unit: the cabinet comes with its evaporator, TX valve, controller, condensate drain and a fitted 10 amp plug, and your refrigeration mechanic connects it to a condensing unit elsewhere, which keeps the compressor heat out of your cooking line. Each of the two drawers takes two 1/1 GN pans 100mm deep, and the pans are included. At 1030mm wide and 640mm high on its legs, with a heat-shielded stainless steel top rated to carry 170 kg, it suits a compact grill section. The JL4R is the four-drawer version at 1820mm, and the HUBC5 is the self-contained alternative.

Good to know before you buy:
- Refrigeration: this is a remote cabinet with no condensing unit. A licensed refrigeration mechanic must supply, size and install a suitable condensing unit, pipework and controls. Solenoids are not fitted or supplied. Williams can advise on condensing unit sizing. We supply the equipment only.
- Drain: the condensate drain and refrigeration pipes exit through the floor, so you need a waste point under the unit. Ask for rear-exit pipes when you order if that suits your site better.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point for the controller and fan.
- Access: 1030mm wide, 650mm deep and 140 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

Common questions:
Does it come with a condensing unit?
No. The Jarrah is a remote cabinet. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and fits a condensing unit rated for about 400 W at -5°C SST, plus the pipework and controls.
Are the GN pans included?
Yes. The JL2R comes with four 1/1 GN pans 100mm deep, two per drawer. If you prefer one 2/1 pan per drawer, that size fits but is not supplied.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.
